13 storey, 158 apartment block of housing with retail and cafe facilities with underground parking.
Built on a gap site located on Argyle St, Glasgow, the development consisted of luxury apartments with private underground parking and security access controlled reception / entrance. The top floors consisted of penthouse suites with panoramic views over Glasgow. Concrete bathroom pods where utilised in all apartments.
Lateral Technologies & Solutions Ltd's design included all mechanical and electrical systems and utilities diversions, centralised hot water and distribution network, fire alarms, security, sprinklers, and central / individual ventilation systems.
