A development on behalf of LXB Retail Properties Plc for the first phase of a three phase 450 acre project to eventually provide 2,700 new homes, business park, commercial and retail areas.

The first phase comprising the 150 acre Corton site provided for the necessary initial infrastructure allowing future phases to come forward.

Lateral Technologies & Solutions Ltd provided full design duties for the diversions and extensions to existing electrical, gas, water & BT utilities infrastructure.
