Following the demolition of much of the former Aviemore Centre, Lateral Technologies & Solutions Ltd were commissioned to provide full MEP design services for several new buildings as part of its overall redevelopment. This included the Arena Building, a new leisure centre with wave pool and gymnasium facilities, the refurbishment and extension of the existing Highlands Hotel, and a complete refurbishment of the Osprey Conference, Exhibition and Cinema Centre.
