John Lewis at home Basingview was one of two combined John Lewis at home and Waitrose supermarkets opened by John Lewis Partnership in 2015.

The site was the first phase delivered of a masterplan by Muse Developments in partnership with Basingstoke and Deane Council to create a new business park east of the railway station with a mix of new office space, a business class hotel and other supporting facilities, in excess of 700,000 square feet across 15 acres

Lateral Technologies & Solutions Limited were appointed as the commissioning management ETM role direct to the John Lewis Partnership. Our brief was to introduce a full soft-landing approach throughout the project. This included full design review of proposed installation, in-house training of the new installations, and liaison with the branch maintenance team and authorities, along with the witnessing, programming and reporting of the complete M&E installation.
